Cancelling Orders

Cancellations and/or changes to orders must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. If an item has shipped and in route, then the standard Return Policy will apply. 

All cancellations and changes must be in writing and sent to support@faverly.com.

Cancellations or changes to an order can not be made via voice mail. You must speak to a customer service agent and you will be sent an email confirming the Canceled Order. 

The customer is responsible for 25% restocking fee if canceled after production has started. 

Please be aware that the delivery CAN NOT BE REFUSED for any reason. Refusal of delivery will result in customer incurring all shipping and or redelivery cost of the delivery. Please note that custom items, built-to-order, and personalized items cannot be returned due to their uniqueness to your specific needs.
